MEGGLE ANTIPASTI APPETISERS

Appetisers are often the best part of lunch or dinner. They're a very old custom, because even during Roman banquets there existed an entire range of cold appetisers given the task of inciting appetites, and the number and amount of exotic ingredients used in antipasti were used to assess the host's importance and richness.
